Scholarship Testimonials
I am excited to share that I am enjoying my time at North Carolina A&T. Since the start of the fall semester, I’ve engaged in several meaningful activities:
I joined Lewis Gives Nonprofit, an organization dedicated to providing spiritual, emotional, and physical support to the needy in the Greensboro, North Carolina, community.
I joined the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), where I applied to serve as the Vice-President Intern for the 2024-25 academic school year.
I joined the N.C. A&T Chapter of the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), where I applied to serve as the President Intern for the 2024-25 academic school year.
I also signed on with the N.C. A&T Chapter of Global Engineering Brigades and I will travel to Guatemala in May 2025 to assess water flow rates, plan piping routes, and collaborate with local engineers on clean water system designs.
I attended the Advancing Minorities Interest to Engineering (AMIE) Conference Career Fair and Gala on behalf of the College of Engineering.
I was honored to be selected as a speaker at the N.C. A&T College of Engineering Alumni Donor Foundation Dinner, where I inspired alumni donors to continue their support and investment into the College of Engineering.
I was honored to be selected as a panelist for the N.C. A&T Jack and Jill of America Incorporated Alumni Panel to discuss college life and answer questions for the teens of the Dallas, Texas Chapter.
I was accepted into the College of Engineering Leadership in Engineering Acceleration Program (LEAP), designed to cultivate leaders who excel in academics, research, and innovation.
I secured my first internship as an Operations Intern with Abbott Laboratories, set to begin in Summer 2025.
In addition to these activities, I’ve maintained good academic standing at A&T. Please find my midterm grades and a link to photos of my activities attached for your review.
I truly appreciate your investment in my journey! I am an extension of your love and support as I pursue my respective leadership, service, and academic goals.
I look forward to staying connected!
